The 5 Pillars of Mentoring
People often ask me why it is so important to exercise their brain and mind. The list of benefits is immense. There are both general benefits, and benefits specific to that person. Everyone is different. Everyone makes their own personal gains.
As you exercise your brain and mind, you find more abilities and how they will magnify your life. Not only will your abilities increase, but all of the other things you do will become better and easier.
Why do my clients choose me?
The Expert
Most people prefer the opportunity and esteem that comes with studying under the top expert in their field or discipline.
The System
The mentoring structure should be based on a solid platform or system that has proven results, and is flexible enough to be applied in all areas of life. (You are a whole person, and should be treated thus.)
The Trust
Trust must be reinforced with truth and honesty. Only then will integrity flourish.
Lies, no matter how insignificant, damage you to your core. Learn to live with your truth.
The Challenge
There is no growth without change. Challenges are the tipping point to change. You must face challenges to be better. Without change, you stagnate and fester.
Individual Integration
This is the most important part of all.
Each individual client must be mentored singly. Coaches and mentors that provide pre-recorded services are doing an injustice to their clients, and miss out on the opportunity to truly help their clients the most. It also means their clients are only getting partial value for the investment.
It is only through discussion that ‘key ingredients’ that benefit clients are found.
