Time for a Change Up?

Most people prefer to keep things the way they used to be; familiar and comfortable - a safe place. Unfortunately, that does not reflect the world we live in. It is an ever changing place. Unless you are a hermit, you will experience the push/pull of your environment.

The world is a myriad of experiences which you learn by. Its a wondrous place when you take the time to notice it. You may go out of your way to take a vacation to a near or distant land, or you may just appreciate your surroundings as you meander through your day.

I suggest to my clients to, "Look Up!" The sky is ever-changing. By looking up and not down, you are causing an action in your brain that opens your perception to the world around you. If you monitor your day, you are likely to find that most times of the day, you are actually looking down. This has a direct affect on your emotional state and how your relate to others. If you are feeling depressed or nullified, it would be a good time to consider this.

Learning how to use your Photographic Memory is another way to expand your mind to other objectives and gaining great insight. Conquering information is only where it begins. Challenge yourself to make a Change today, for your own good. Life is filled with surprises. Encourage it to unfold to reveal your higher path.
