Do You Want to be Healthy?

Your health impacts your attitude and many things you do. Even if perfect health is out of the question for you, you should still want to be the healthiest you can be?

Some people are born healthy and stay healthy; others do not. Today it's a blessing if you are born with the right genes to have good health. Your health is likely to show in your attitude towards yourself, towards others, and towards life. When you are not doing things to maintain health, you become prone to illness and depression. 

If you feel good, that will radiate to others, and they will respond likewise. If you don't feel good, then you are likely to think poorly of yourself, and that will reflect outwards to others. Others may respond to you in a negative way. This will hurt your self esteem and confidence.

Ask yourself...
Do I feel good the way I am at this time?
Would I feel better if I did something proactive for my health?
What way would I like to see change, so I feel better about myself?

These are very basic questions for you to start to figure out if you want to do something or nothing. Perhaps you are one of the lucky people that have no reason to make any changes.


 
Balance & Nutrition is Essential

Balance your efforts...

Many people that start out on the path of making changes to their health often fail. They don't fail simply because they are failures. They may have set the bar to high, or placed theirself on a plan that was too aggressive. Remember, most people took a long time to get to where they are; usually years. Why would you expect to make drastic changes to your lifestyle without suffering repercussions? Balancing your actions with a longer term plan may be what you need.

SUPPORT is key to success...

First you must support your body through the changes you are making. Nutrition plays a role. Without proper nutrition to support your effort, you will be working much harder to gain your goals.

Your attitude and internal programming support the mental and spiritual efforts you need to employ. It is much easier, when your head is in the game.

These are just a few tips. I am not telling you what to do. That is up to you.
