Lessons in the Field...
I was recently talking with a top manager in a major global corporation. I asked him if the company was in the habit of sending in Instructors and lecturers to the workers to help them cope with the isolation the workers experience? His answer was "Yes, they
do... But it just doesn't work. The workers do not seem to get anything out of it."
I went on to ask more about the types of teaching was sent in for the workers? The answer was a wide array of self-help and positive motivational training. Within 3 days after the course completed, the workers would be back down in the same rut they were in before.
The one issue observed in all the trainings was "positive motivation". But positive motivation is a Quick Fix and depends on a continuous flow of outside support. That is why people fail. They no longer have that support.
He asked me, "What makes your system any better?
I told him, "The ZOX Pro / Brain Management Trainings are

Even though we offer support, the systems are self contained, therefore they do NOT need outside support once we have presented our exercises, methods, and explained the applications. The main difference is SELF MOTIVATION, not positive motivation. Our 'Method' gives the person the means by which they can motivate theirself into action, and gain rewards for doing so."
He replied, "I think I need this more than my workers. I will be in your next class. I will be recommending it to Head office as well."

If you want to gain your freedom, Find tools to do it yourself. Don't count on others to do it for you.
